Internship/Co-op

An internship or co-op position with Harshaw Trane is an ideal way to gain experience and exposure that can lead to a rewarding career. We offer challenging opportunities for high-achieving undergraduates who are pursuing degrees in engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, accounting, marketing, information systems/technology, and sales.

Intern/co-op assignments with Harshaw Trane offer more than just experience – they give you a chance to make an impact. Our students have developed marketing strategies for new products, designed innovative new technologies, created new standards for talent management development, and worked with suppliers for vital material needs.

​

The ideal intern/co-op candidate will:

  • Be pursuing a degree related to your targeted functional area
  • Have a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Have leadership experience in clubs, student organizations, etc.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

​

Harshaw Trane provides a competitive salary for interns and co-ops, and your progress will be followed and measured the same as full time employees – giving you invaluable career experience. A successful assignment may lead to an offer of full time employment
