Project Manager/Developer
The Project Manager/Developer is responsible for administratively supporting both internal and external customers. The main goal of the role is to effectively develop and execute projects on a timely basis and ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate should possess initiative, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks and requests, thoroughness and follow-through skills.
Business Operations & Support
The Business Operations & Support (B.O.S.) role is responsible for administratively supporting both external and internal business operations. This position requires an individual with initiative and ability to prioritize tasks. The main goal is to provide information on a timely basis to our internal and external operational leaders and to make it easier for Harshaw Trane to conduct normal business operations.
Sales & Account Management
This position has responsibility for growing Harshaw Trane’s service business by seeking new clients and cultivating business with existing clients from a targeted perspective. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of service agreement base growth through equipment sales and services.
Customer Service & Support
The Customer Service & Support position for Harshaw Trane acts as the preferred provider and ensures customer satisfaction for all existing clients. This position requires travel to a client’s place of business and corresponding operations by working closely with customers to ensure that their service needs are met.
